Abstract
Katı yakıt yakma yöntemi ve gerçekleştirilmesi için kullanılacak cihaz ısı enerjisi alanında özellikle tek taraflı cebri (zorunlu) üflemeli ocakları olan cihazlarıyla ilgili olup bina ve tesislerin ısıtılmasında, atıkların yakılmasında ve ayrıca Termik Santralleri vb. tesislerinde diğer çeşit katı yanıcı maddelerin yakılmasında kullanılabilecektir. Katı yakıt yakma yöntemi yakıtın ve havanın birlikte yanma bölgesine verilmesi, ısıl gazların eşanjör üzerinden atmosfere tahliye edilmesi, katı atıkların ise kül toplayıcısı içinde toplanmasını öngörmektedir. Yanma bölgesinde önceden bir yanan katman oluşturulmakta, hava ile birlikte yakıt üstten aşağıya verilmekte, bunlar yanma haznesinde aşın basınç oluşturmakta, yanıcı gazlar ve katı maddeler yanma bölgesinden ızgaradan geçirilerek kül haznesine aktarılmakta, sonrasında ise yanıcı gazlar eşanjör içinden tahliye edilmektedir. Katı yakıt yakma cihazı ocağa yakıt ve hava besleme tertibatı olan katı yakıt haznesi, yanma haznesi olan ocak kısmı, eşanjörü olan ve baca borusuyla bağlantılı ısı kazanım bölümü, kül toplayıcısı olan kül haznesi gibi bölümlere sahiptir Yanma haznesi tavan kısmında yakıt ve hava besleme kanallarına, taban kısmında ise ızgaraya sahip olup kül haznesi içinde etrafında yüzük gibi bir açıklık oluşturacak şekilde yerleştirilmiş olarak ısı kazanım bölmesi ile bağlantılı halindedir.
