Abstract

Bu buluş , gemi/platform üzerinde balık ve balık ürünler yetiştirmek için geliştirilmiş prosese ilişkindir. Gemi/Platform üzerinde mütemadi yetiştirme için proses sisteminde ürün 20 gram ile 4000 gramlar arasında yetiştirilecek ve piyasa ağırlığına geldiğinde hasat edilecektir.Ürün 1 inci tank'a kabul edilir ve 1 inci tank'tan hasat hattına alınır. Hasat hattında temizleme, dondurma ve paketlemesi yapıldıktan sonra ihraç edilmek üzere sevkiyata hazırlanır. Bu yoğunluğa göre yaşam destek koşul ve beslenmeleri nitelik ve nicelik bakımından tam olarak hesap edilmiş ve dolayısı ile tank içersinde ürünün sağlıklı yaşam ortamı o ürün boy ve ağırlığına göre özellikle ayarlanmıştır. Ürünün içersinde bulunduğu tanktaki boy ve ağırlığı belli bir gramaja gelmesi ile birlikte bu tank içinde yetiştirme süresi dolmuş olacak ve tankar arası geçiş pompası vasıtası ile bir üst hacimli yetiştirme tankına aktarılması sağlanır.The present invention relates to an improved process for growing fish and fish products on a ship / platform.
