Alüminyum külçe alt zemin ile, yüksekligi koruyucu demir mahfazanin belirlenmis duvar kalinliga esit olan bir döküm kalibina yerlestirilir. Ebatlari külçenin daha genis olan yüzeyinin ebatlarina kosut olan ve ayni belirlenmis kalinliga sahip olan bir demir kapak, külçenin sözü edilen daha genis yüzeyi üzerine yerlestirilir. Erimis demir; döküm kalibina kapagin çevresinin sözü edilen demir ile dolmasini saglayacak biçimde dökülür.
