Nephroma arcticum likeninden türetilebilen donmaya-karsi proteinler ve L-V-I-G-S-T-A-Q(E)-N-F-G-V-V(S)-A-A-A-T dizisi amino asit dizisi ile en azindan %80'lik çakisma arzeden bir amino asit dizisi parçasina ya da bu parçanin tadil edilmis hallerine sahip olan, donmaya-karsi etkinligi olan proteinler. Bu proteinlerin hazirlanmasi için yöntemler, bu proteinlerin besin maddesi hazirlama islemlerinde kullanimlari ve bunlari içeren gida bilesimleri de anlatilmistir.
