Abstract
Bu bulus sübstitüye fenil eterlerin üretimi için gelistirilmis bir prosesi açiklar. Bu bulus özellikle asagidaki Formül 1 ile gösterilen bilesigin elde edilmesi için bir prosesi ihtiva eder: FORMÜL 1 burada H1 bir sübstitüye pridil grubudur ve R1 aldehit, siyano veya nitro grubu olabilir. Formülde gösterilen bilesik I, pioglitazone, rosiglitazone gibi farmakolojik olarak faydali tiyazolidindion türevlerinin hazirlanmasinda çok önemli bir ara maddedir.This invention discloses an improved process for the production of substituted phenyl ethers. In particular, the present invention includes a process for obtaining the compound of Formula I: ## STR4 ## wherein H1 is a substituted pyridyl group and R1 may be an aldehyde, cyano or nitro group. The compound I shown in the formula is a very important intermediate in the preparation of pharmacologically useful thiazolidinedione derivatives such as pioglitazone, rosiglitazone.
