Abstract

Nitrojen ve fosfor içeren bir kati ürünün, özellikle kati bir amonyum fosfat ve/veya üre amonyum fosfat ürününün, üre ve fosforik asid içeren bir solüsyondan üretilmesi için bir yöntem. Bu yöntemde üre ve fosforik asid içeren solüsyon isitilir, sonra solüsyondaki su buharlasir ve üre, amonyak ve karbon dioksid'e ayrisir. Reaktörden su buhariyla birlikte karbon dioksid çikar; üretilen amonyak, fosforik asiti nötrlestirir. Amonyum fosfat ve/veya üre amonyum fosfat içeren bir süspansiyon elde edilir, katilastirilir, kurutulup ufalanir, ögütülür ve/veya granüle edilir. Nihai ürün oldugu gibi veya bir karma gübre komponenti seklinde, bir gübre olarak kullanilabilir.
