Abstract

En azindan bir yel enerjisi istasyonu (29) ihtiva eden bir yel enerjisi tesisi olup, bu tesis, bir yel türbini ve bu yel türbini tarafindan isletilen bir elektrik jeneratörü (1), ve yel enerjisi istasyonunu bir iletim ya da dagitim sebekesine (31) baglayan bir elektrikli degisen voltajli baglanti (30) ihtiva etmektedir. Tesisin sebeke tarafinda elektriksel degisen voltajli baglanti (30) içine bir frekans dönüstürücü (34) baglanmakta olup, bu frekans dönüstürücü yel enerjisi istasyonu ve dönüstürücü arasindaki baglantiya iliskin frekansi esas itibariyle sebekenin frekansinin altinda olmak üzere sabit hale getirmek ve baglantiya iliskin bu düsük seviyedeki frekansi sebekenin daha yüksek seviyedeki frekansi ile benzesim içerisine gelmesi için dönüstürmek üzere düzenlenmektedir. Bundan baska, bulus kontrole mahsus tekabül eden bir metodu ihtiva etmektedir.
