Abstract

1,3-propandiolün üretilmesine yönelik iki etapli bir proses olup, oksit suportlu metal bir hidrojenasyon katalizörünün mevcudiyetinde 30 C ila 80 C arasindaki bir temperatürde bir ilk hidrojenasyon isleminin yapilmasini içerir. Ikinci olarak da, husule gelen reaksiyon solüsyonu 80 C ila 180 C arasinda bulunan bir temperatürde aktive karbon suportlu metal bir hidrojenasyon katalizörünün mevcudiyetinde 3-hidroksipropanalin konversiyonu hemen hemen % 100 oluncaya kadar hidrojenasyona tabi tutulur.
