Abstract

Domates suyu, ters osmoz yoluyla Brix skalasinda düsük konsantrasyonlu domates suyunun yüksek basinç kosullari altinda düz akisla seri baglanmis boru seklinde zar mödülleri çogunlugu olan tek asamali bir üniteye dogru asagiya akmasi saglanarak % 20'nin üzerinde konsantre edilmistir. Aparati asiri yüklememek ve yüksek oranda konsantre edilmis domates suyunu güvenli bir sekilde elde edebilmek için akis, ünite içerisinde basinç kaybi 30 kg/cm2 veya daha az olacak, domates suyunun ünite girisindeki lineer hizi ve boru seklindeki zar modüllerinin toplam zar uzunlugu belli bir belirlenmis kosulu karsilayacak ve boru seklindeki zar modüllerinin tuz geri çevirme orani %90 veya bu degerin üzerinde olacak sekilde kontrol edilir.
