Abstract
Doksazosin'in metansülfonik asit ile metanol'ün içinde ya da aprotik, organik bir çözücü madde ve metanol'den meydana gelen bir karisimin içinde çözüldügü, bu sekilde elde edilmis olan çözeltinin gerekirse bulanikliginin giderildigi ve burada çikan berrak çözeltinin, artik baska bir çökelti çikana kadar karistirildigi, ayrildigi, metanol ile yikandigi, çökeltinin nemli durumda etonol'ün içerisinde isitildigi ve sogutmadan sonra meydana gelmis olan ürünün izole edildigi;A modifikasyonundaki doksazosinmesilat'in imal edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem tarif edilmektedir.Doxazosin is dissolved in methanesulfonic acid and methanol, or a mixture of an aprotic organic solvent and methanol, where the solution obtained is removed, if necessary, of the clear solution, until another precipitate is removed. A method for manufacturing doxazosinminylate in modification A is described, where it is mixed, separated, washed with methanol, the precipitate is heated in the ethanol in the moist state and the product that has formed after cooling is isolated.
