The small bit part of the material is separated and sent to the upper end of the precalcination device along with all of the fine dust coming from the filter, so that the fine dust, which is filtered by the exhaust gases coming out of the preheater, can be burned so that the pre-heating, pre-calcination and pre-heater are clinker. The mixture passes through the precalcination apparatus from top to bottom, is transmitted in the same flow with the supplied combustion air and fuel, and is then sent to the furnace inlet after passing the pre-calcination process.
