Farkli menseli poliesterlerin ve pet sise tiklarinin vakum altinda karistirilarak eritilmesi; eriyik içersindeki sudan kaynaklanan hidrolosis sonucu bozunmanin, dolayisi ile viskosite düsüsünün önlenmesi için sart olan "Ön Kurutma Islemini" ortadan kaldirmaktadir. Bu yöntemle; buhar,elektrik veya isitma yagi ile yapilan kurutma islemi ortadan kaldirilmakta ve önemli maliyet düsüsleri saglanmaktadir."Ayni Yönde Dönen Çift Vidali Vakumla Vent Edilen Extruderin" kullanilmasi; hammaddenin orjinal moleküller viskositesinin korunmasina, buna bagli olarakta elyaf üretim ve kaliplama performansina yardimci olmaktadir.This invention; "Melting by blending without pre-drying" and "Fiber, Filament, Spunbonded and Melt Blow Wadding, Film, pet fog preform (pre-wet form) of different polymers, especially polyester (Polyethylene Terephthalate) in a twin screw vacuum ventilator rotating in the same direction. , pet bottle and plate production ".
