Abstract

Yeni bir makrolid sinifi, içerisinde i)makrosiklik zincirin 2-6 pozisyonlari dahil olmak üzere bir piperidazinil karboksilik asit tortusu ile saglanir; ve/veya ii)makrosiklik zincirin 7-9 pozisyonlari dahil olmak üzere bir alifatik L-amino asit tortusu ile saglanir,tercihen karakteristik yapisal özellikler i), ii) ve iii)'ten ikisini veya hepsini, daha özellikle formül IX bilesigini içerir. Bagisiklik baskilayici ve iltihap-önleyici özelliklere ve okunmus ve zincir-açik formlara sahiptir.A new macrolide class is provided by i) a piperidazinyl carboxylic acid residue, including 2-6 positions of the macrocyclic chain; and / or ii) provided with an aliphatic L-amino acid residue, including positions 7-9 of the macrocyclic chain, preferably characteristic structural features i), ii) and iii) two or all of them, more particularly the formula IX compound. It has immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory properties and read and chain-open forms.
