Abstract
Tipta ortopedi ve travmatolojide uzun kemiklerin kirik, deformite ve kisalik tedavilerinde kullanilan; iptal edilebilir ball-soket tipi eklemli dinamik aksiyel fiksatör türü bir eksternal fiksatör; Fiksatör gövdesi (10) teleskopik olup, uzatma civatasi (5) içerisinde hareket etmek suretiyle ile çalisir. Fiksatöre poliplanar klemp ilavesi sayesinde, degisik planlarda farkli kombinasyonlarda çivi kullanilabilir. Ayrica kirik açilanmasi ve translasyonu eklemsiz olarak yapilabilir. Eklemin iptal edilebilmesi sayesinde eklem yetmezligi dolayisiyla redüksiyon kaybi ortadan kaldirilabilmektedir. Eklemin kaldirilmasiyla distraksiyon-kompresyon payi arttirilmistir. Distraksiyon ünitesi gövde içine tasinmistir.
