Abstract
La présente invention propose en partie les composés de formule I et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables ainse que ls N-oxydes des entités précitées ; des procédés pour la préparation , les intermédiaires utitlisés dans la préparation , et des compositions contenant de tels composés , sels ou N-oxydes ainsi que leurs utilisations pour le traitement de troubles à médiation par D1 (ou associés à D1) comprenant par exemple la schizophrénie (par exemple ses symptômes cognitifs ou négatifs ; l'altération cognitive (par exemple l'altération cognitive associée à la schizophrénie, à la maladie d'Alzheimer (AD), à la maladie de Parkinson (PD) ou la thérapie de type pharmaco-thérapeutigue), le trouble d'hyperactivité avec déficit d'attention (ADHD), l'impulsivité , le jeu compulsif, l 'hyperphagie, un trouble du spectre de l'autisme , l'altération cognitive bénigne (MCI), le déclin cognitif dû a l'âge, la démence, le syndrome des jambes sans repos (RLS), la maladie de Parkinson, la chorée de Huntington, l'anxiété, la dépression, le trouble dépressif majeur (MDD), la dépression résistant au traitement (TRD) et un trouble bipolaire.
