A composition for use in the relief of symptoms associated with menopause, wherein said composition comprises the component estetrol and wherein said composition is administered in a daily dose equivalent to approximately 15 mg of estetrol. 2. A composition for use of claim 1, wherein a second composition comprising a progestogenic component is additionally used. 3. A composition for use of claim 2, wherein said progestogenic component is selected from drospirenone, progesterone and dydrogesterone. 4. A composition for use of claim 2, wherein the progesterone is administered in a daily dose ranging from 50 mg to 200 mg. 5. A composition for use of claim 1, wherein a second composition comprising bazedoxifene is additionally used. 6. A composition for use according to any one of claim 25, wherein said second composition comprising the progestogenic component or bazidoxifene is identical to the composition comprising the estrol component. 7. A composition for use according to any one of claim 16, wherein the estrol component is estrol, preferably estrol monohydrate. 8. A composition for use according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the composition is formulated to form an oral dose unit. 9. A composition for use according to claim 8, wherein the oral dose unit is formulated to correspond to a daily dose unit. 10. A packaging unit comprising at least 21, preferably at least 28 containers of individually packaged and independently retrievable solid daily oral dosage forms, wherein each container comprises at least one solid daily oral dosage form comprising approximately 15 mg of estrol. 11. The packaging unit of claim 10 wherein the packaging unit further comprises at least 10, preferably 12, preferably 14 additional containers for containing separately packed and independently retrievable daily oral dosage forms, preferably solid, wherein each additional container comprises at least one separately packed daily oral dosage form, preferably solid, comprising a progestogenic component. 12. The packaging unit of claim 11 wherein said progestogenic component is selected from drospyrenone, progesterone and dydrogesterone. 13. The packaging unit of claim 12 wherein said progestogenic component is progesterone and wherein each said additional container comprises at least one separately packed daily oral dosage form comprising approximately 200 mg of progesterone. 14. The packaging unit of claim 10 wherein the additional packaging unit further comprises an identical number of separately packed daily oral dosage forms. and independently dispensable, preferably a solid form wherein each additional container further comprises at least one daily oral dosage form, preferably a solid form comprising a progestogenic component, preferably wherein said progestogenic component is selected from drospyrenone, progesterone and dydrogesterone, more preferably wherein said progestogenic component is progesterone and wherein said additional container further comprises at least one daily oral dosage form comprising approximately 100 mg of progesterone. 15. The packaging unit of claim 10 wherein each said daily oral dosage form further comprises the progestogenic component: 1. A composition for use in the relief of symptoms associated with menopause wherein said composition comprises the component estetroi and wherein said composition is administered in a daily dose equivalent to approximately 15 mg of estetroi.
