Abstract

DEPCT64 has provided a system that enables even inexperienced operators to efficiently manage equipment. Claims (8)

1. DEPCT64 1. Equipment management system related to more than one piece of equipment in a facility, wherein the more than one piece of equipment is arranged. The equipment management system comprises a short-range wireless communication medium installed in or near the equipment for each of the equipment, the target of management and storage of information specific to each of the specified equipment, the image storage unit constructed to store at least three-dimensional image data about the interior of the facility, the location information storage unit constructed to store location information about each of the equipment placed in the facility, the equipment management storage unit constructed to store equipment management information that is management information for each of the target devices of management, the reader/writer constructed to read/write information to the short-range wireless communication medium by short-range wireless communication, and the portable information terminal constructed to transmit and receive information to the reader/writer and capable of transmitting and receiving information to the location information storage unit, the equipment management storage unit, and the image information storage unit, wherein the image information storage unit stores at least one image information from the image information of the target device of management and the image information surrounding the equipment. The location information storage unit is arranged in accordance with the wireless communication medium. The short-range wireless communication medium contains location information of the device that is relevant to the information specific to the device in the short-range wireless communication medium and the virtual tag allows reference to the device management information in the device management storage device corresponding to the device and image information related to the device in the image information storage device and the portable information terminal has a confirmation information receiver capable of receiving information of the virtual tag corresponding to the short-range wireless communication medium based on information received from the short-range wireless communication medium. 2. The device management system according to claim 1 further comprising: at least a set of point data of the interior of the facility as three-dimensional data for the image; 3. The device management system according to claim 2, wherein the image information storage unit includes the actual photographic image information obtained by photographing the interior of the facility and the point group data, and the actual photographic image information is information capable of displaying a three-dimensional image of the interior of the facility by combining the point group data elements and the actual photographic image information. 4. A device management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the short-range wireless communications medium includes a sensor configured to receive information about the corresponding device, and the short-range wireless communications medium is capable of transmitting sensing information received by the sensor to the reader/writer. 5. The device management system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the device location information storage unit has a virtual subtag provided corresponding to a device creating the subtag identified by information specific to the device of the short-range wireless communications medium, and the virtual subtag is associated with a virtual tag in the device location information storage unit and allows references to at least one device management information in the device management storage unit corresponding to the device creating the subtag associated with the associated virtual tag and image information associated with the subtag in the image information storage unit. 6. A device management system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the portable information terminal is equipped with a reader/writer. 7. The device management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising: a computer so constructed that it is located in a room separate from the facilities and capable of transmitting and receiving information to the device location information unit, the device management information unit, and the image information unit, wherein the computer is capable of displaying a three-dimensional image of the device corresponding to a virtual tag referring to the image information of the image information unit. 8. The device management system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the reader/writer is attached to a wearable device worn by an operator who monitors the device.
