1.Catalyst I polymerization and polycondensation of carbonaceous waters with the following ratio of 1 component, wt.% t Solvent - anthracene fraction | 7-9 Binder - coal tar 7-9 Catalyst of polymerization of hydrocarbons 0.05-15.0 Carbon seech Remaining B As a catalyst for the condensation and polymerization of hydrocarbons, it contains carbon black with an amount of S-15 weight or iron with | organic acid (for example, pearate or iron benzoate :) in an amount of 0.15-0.1 wt.% or 5% chlorine. -10 wt.%. as a carbon charge (filler), the mass contains,%: thermoanthracite 42%; foundry coke - the rest; graphite return 4; coal return 13. The catalysts of the condensation process and polymerization increase the yield of coke from the pitch, involve the solvent in the coking process, increase the mechanical strength of the coke from the pitch, reduce the porosity and shrinkage of the sintered interlock block. To obtain the mass, several compositions have been prepared, containing each and every one of the components of the carbon filler and differing from each other in the content of the catalyst for the polymerization of hydrocarbons. The compositions are given in table. one.

The powdered carbon mixture is loaded into a periolic mixer, molten binder (a mixture of coal tar pitch and anthracene fraction in a 1: 1 ratio) is added and stirred for 40 minutes.
From tab. 2, it follows that the introduction of catalysts of the precursors into the hearth mass significantly reduces porosity and shrinkage in the sintered form,
2.In addition, with the introduction of catalysis, the tori are significant, but other quality indicators of the furnace bottom mass are also improved, which gives an annual economic effect on 1 electrolyte. Prepared batches of bottom mass in a cold state are stuffed into the casing, burned in accordance with TU-48-12-25 -74 and determine the porosity and shrinkage. The results of the study of the bottom mass are given .. in table. 2
