Description
Изобретение относитс к области разделени твердой и жидкой смеси, преимущественно д выделени металлов из пульпы, и может най ти применение дл выделени металла в системах гидрозолоудалени шлаков тепловых электростанций, в литейном и металлургическом процессах. Известна лини золоудалени гидравлическим способом с выделением металла, вклю июща пульповод, устройство дл вьщелени металла и сборник 1). Недостатком известной линии вл етс оки ление вьщеленного металла вследствие высокого содержани в нем воды, и превращение смеси в монолит, дл чего необходимо его вручную разбивать и выгружать из сбо{шшса. Наиболее близкой к предлагаемой по технической сущности и достигаемому результату вл етс лини выделени металла из пульпы золощлаковых отходов электростанций , включающа трубопровод, рабочую камеру и бункер-накопитель, при зтом рабоча камера выполнена в виде цилиндра большего диаметра, чем трубопровод 2. Недостатками известной линии вл ютс значительное извлечение с металлом воды, что приводит к его окислению, снижению качества , превращению в монолит, и потребность вручную разгружать его из бункера-накопител . Цель изобретени - повышение качества вьщеленного металла за счет снижени степени его окислени . Это достигаетс тем, что лини вьщелени металла из пульпы золошлаковых отходов тепловых злектростанщ1й, включающа трубопровод , рабочую камеру и бункер-накопитель, снабжена сущильным агрегатом, который расположен после рабочей камеры и соединен с ней посредством транспортно-св зующего звена.
