This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for grinding non-metallic materials with different physicomechanical properties, comprising a housing having loading and unloading openings, a vertical shaft housed in the housing with hinged impact cutting elements, and a separator, the latter is made in the form of a plate with a round hole installed in the housing coaxially with a vertical shaft between the shock-cutting elements and the discharge window, the diameter of the hole being equal to the diameter of the circle described by the shock - cutting element with its maximum deviation from the radial position.
