Description

(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ КОСТИ
1. -. Изобретение относитс  к технике, а именно к устройствам дл  осуществлени  остеосинтеза. Известно ус1ройство дл  лечени  пере ломов кости, которое содержит стержен и пружину СЦ. Однако известное устройство не обеспечивает посто нно на1ф женный остерсннтез , что приводит к снижению эффекртивностн остеосинтеза, зат гиванию сроков лечени . Цель изобретени  - обеспечение посто нно на1ф женного остеосинтеза. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в устройстве дл  лечени  переломов кости, содержащем стержень и арузкв у, последн   установлена на стержне в соединена с одним из концов его, который выполнен заостренным, другой конец стержн  и 1ФУЖИНЫ св заны с бой с, помощью переходных Муфт с воэмс кностью сжати  и раст жени  аружины . На ф. 1 изображено устройство дл  лечени  переломов кости при свободном :л положении 1фужнны; на фиг. 2 - то же, пра раст нутом положении щэужины; ва фиг. 3 и 4 - последовательные этапы остеосинтеза с использованием устройства . Устройство содержит стержень 1 в 1фужину 2, установленную на стержне и соединенную с дистальным концом 3, который выполнен заостренш 1М. Другие концы стержн  н пружатл св заны между собой с помощью переходных муфт 4 и 5 с возможностью сжати  и раст жени  пружины. Муфты с помощью зажимных винтов 6 и 7 фиксц ук гс  одна на .стержне 1 друга  - на .пр мом конце 8 1фужины 2. Винт 9 необходимой длины имеет гладкую часть 1О в резьбовую часть 11. Винт 9 своей гладкой частью свободно располагаетс  в цилиндрическом отверстии муфты 4, а резьбовой частью 11 входит в резьбовое отверстие муфты 5.

    Устройство для лечения переломов кости, содержащее стержень и пружину, отличающееся тем, что, с 1® целью обеспечения постоянно напряженного остеосинтеза, пружина установлена на стержне и соединена с одним из концов его, который выполнен заостренным, другой конец стержня и пружина связа15 ны между собой с помощью переходных муфт с возможностью сжатия и растяжения пружины.
