Изобретение относитс к литейному прою;водству , в частности к посто нным литейным формам. Известна посто нна литейна форма, содер жаща формообразующие элементы, выполненные в виде тонкостенных стержней. Стержни имеют объединенные питающим коллектором каналы охлаждени , в которые без зазора установлены вставки из материала с высоким коэффициентом теплопроводности, например меди. Свободные концы вставок вьтедены в питающий коллектор 1. Однако от участков формообразующих элементов , оформл ющих отливки, имеющие ткрмические узлы, например в виде массивных бобьпиек и т.п., необходим интенсивньш отвод тепла, а конструкци формообразующего элемента не позвол ет расположить в нем каналы охлаждени и питающий коллектор дл отвода тепла от этих мест. Цель изобретени - стабилизаци теплоотво да от труднодоступных мест формообразующи элементов. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в посто нной литейной форме, содержащей формообразующие , элементы с каналами охлаждени , в которые без зазора установлены вставки из материала с высоким к.эффициентом теплопроводности, и питающие коллекторы, последние встроены во вставки. На чертеже схематически изображена предлагаема литейна форма, разрез. Посто нна литейна форма содержит обойму 1, в которой закреплены формообразующие элементы - матрица 2 и стфжень 3. В стержне 3 выполнен канал охлаждени , в который без зазора установлена вставка 4, выполненна из материала с высоким коэффициентом теплопроводности, например меди. В свободный конец вставки 4, размещенный в обойме 1, встроен питающий коллектор 5,, к которому подсоединены подвод щий щтуцер 6 и отвод щий цпуцер 7. The drawing schematically shows the proposed mold, section. The permanent casting mold contains a yoke 1 in which the shaping elements are secured — a matrix 2 and a mold 3. In the rod 3 there is a cooling channel in which an insert 4 is installed without a gap, made of a material with a high thermal conductivity, for example copper.
