(54) METHOD AND 1 DEVELOPMENT OF SODIUM SULPHATE FROM CHLORIDE SUITS
I... I ... The invention relates to the technology of production of table salt and is associated with the need to utilize mat brine, i.e. KypleuyG1e1Sh1 cr use of raw materials. It can be used in the production of sodium sulfate and caustic soda. Many methods are known for the conversion of sodium sulfate from chloride sulfate brines, most of which use evaporation, evaporation and freezing methods or their co-combination. A known method for the production of sodium sulfate is sodium by factory dehydration (melting, drying and centrifuging) of natural (sedimentary) mirabilite containing 0.1–3.0% NaCI. The technological process includes the following stages: PlayJayönöyyyra bilita (MB); centrifuging the pulp N3.2.4 formed upon melting of the MB; evaporation of the sodium sulphate solution resulting from melting of the MB; Centrifugation of crystals Nan Nanus by evaporation during evaporation , O%) and not more than 1% for the product of the highest grade (NaCl - n / b 0.2%). The closest to the proposed by the technical essence and the achievement of the SchGG reuu3np, the method of evaporated solution | MaCl containing g efflux g in that upatyr ra Каtera kat}, containing Nag 50, are carried out in such a way that NaCJ crystallizes and the mother liquor is saturated with Na2SQ4. Next, when heating the SO-SW 3 C), NaC T is added to etu Nasadevi, Na / jSO precipitates, and the mother liquor is returned to the process to crystallize NaCI. The scheme of sodium sulfate directly or indirectly with some changes is used in all other methods associated with evaporation or evaporation. The disadvantage of this method is a small output aia One cycle. Even with maximum saturation of the uterine races
