Известно устройство дл вторичного охлаждени непрерывного слитка, содержащее цилиндрический корпус и .завихритель, закреплен ный в корпусе, на боковой поверхности которого выполнено отверстие в виде щели, формирующей плоский широкий факел диспергированной жидкости и канал дл подвода охла дител 1 . Недостатком такого устройства вл етс то что диспергированна жидкость, подаваема на поверхность непрерывного слитка, охлаждает только определенные участки его периметра и не обеспечивает равномерного охлаждени слитка по всей высоте в зоне вторичного охлаждени . Участки периметра непрерывного слитка, в которые направлен факел диспергированной жидкости, переохлаждаютс , что приводит к деформации (искривлению) слитка в процессе его выт гивани и возникновению внутренних трещин. Цель изобретени . - повышение равномерности охлаждени слитков. Это достигаетс тем, что устройство снабжено щшиндрическим патрубком с отверсти ми, установленными внутри корпуса, параллельно его оси и эксцентрично ему, причем отверсти патрубка соосны диффузорным отверсти м корпуса. Применение цилиндрического патрубка предлагаемой конструкции обеспечивает распыление охладител воздухом, который создает мелкодисперсный туман вокруг отливаемого слитка. Это позвол ет более равномерно и интенсивно охлаждать слиток в процессе непрерьгеной разливки, достигнуть более точного регулировани и экономии расхода охладител . This is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with a sheshndrichny pipe with openings installed inside the housing, parallel to its axis and eccentric to it, and the openings of the connecting pipe are coaxial with the diffuser openings of the housing. The use of a cylindrical pipe of the proposed design provides for the spraying of the cooler with air, which creates a fine mist around the cast ingot. This allows the ingot to be more evenly and intensively cooled during the continuous casting process, to achieve more precise control and to save the consumption of the chiller.
