Предметом изобретени вл етс способ получени плавленых керамических изделий, в частности корундовых, алюмотермическнм восстановлением окислов металлов. В отличие от общеизвестных в керамике способов получени корундовых изделий с об зательным применением пла.менных или электрических печей предлагаетс способ их изготовлени без применени печей.The subject of the invention is a method for producing fused ceramic products, in particular corundum, by aluminothermic reduction of metal oxides. In contrast to the methods of obtaining corundum products commonly known in ceramics with the obligatory use of flame-type or electric furnaces, a method is proposed for their manufacture without the use of furnaces.
Предлагаемый способ основан на комплексном сочетании отдельных процессов, которые в совокупности позвол ют получить как корундовый огнеупор, так и другие подобного рода издели .The proposed method is based on a complex combination of individual processes, which together allow one to obtain both corundum refractory and other such products.
Технологический процесс получени нового материала складываетс из следующих элементов: подготовка сырь , плавка, литье, кристаллизаци , обработка изделий (термическа и механическа ). Исходным сырьем в данном процессе вл ютс : алюминий, окислы металлов и материалы, содержащие /МЮз. Алюминий может примен тьс как первичный, так и вторичный (сплавы) в отливках любой формы.The technological process of obtaining a new material consists of the following elements: preparation of raw materials, melting, casting, crystallization, processing of products (thermal and mechanical).
