Наиболее близким по технической сущности к изобретению вл етс способ получени гипсового в жущего, включающий тепловую обработку измельченного гипсового камн при атмосферном давлении с введением воды или пара ри повышенной температуре в процессе обработки 2. Недостатком известного способа вл етс длительноаь процесса дегидратации гипсового камн . Дл сокращени времени дегидратации гип сового камн воду или нар в предлагаемом шособе ввод т в количестве от 0,8 до 1,0 ве при температуре от 110 до 120°С. П р и м е р. В полупромышленных услови х в варочном котле емкостью 50 л с количеством оборотов мешалки 54 об/мин провод т термическую обработку порошка двуводного гипса с введением при t 110°С воды в количествах 0; 0,4; 0,6; 0,8; 1,2% веса загрузки котла. Результаты испытаний гипсового в жущего, полученного при оптимальной температуре t 1 0°С и 0,8% воды, как при оптимальных параметрах, приведены в таблице.
