Magnesium sulfate 0, 01-0.02 Ammonia 0.25-0.35 Autolysate of yeast 0.2-O, 3 Water Else Example I. 10 g of glucose, 3 ml of acetic acid, 2 MP formic acid are dissolved in 0.9 liters of tap water , 3 g of succinic acid, 0.4 ml of phosphoric (ortho-), 0.4 g of potassium chloride, 0.2 g of magnesium sulphate, 3 ml of autolysate, 3.5 ml of ammonia, adjusted to pH 6.2 with ammonia water to 1 liter, sterilized in an autoclave at 0, 5-O, b atm for min. Synthetic medium is seeded with a two-day culture of Condida scottii yeast. grown on wort agar. The sowing culture is grown in a stationary way, on a rocking chair, at a temperature of 37-38 V for 18 hours. From 1 liter of synthetic medium, 30 g of prepared ecottii yeast biomass is obtained, then as Andreev-22 mediums, Example 7 0.9 l of tap water dissolved 5.0 g of xylose, 2.0 ml of acetic acid, 1.0 ml of formic acid, 2.0 g of succinic acid, 0.2 ml of phosphoric acid, 0.2 g of potassium chloride, 0 , 1 g of magnesium sulphate, 2 ml of autolysate, 2.5 mm of ammonia, adjusted to pH 6.2 with ammonia, filled up with water to 1 liter, sterilized in an autoclave at 0.50, 6 atm for 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The synthetic medium is seeded with a two-day Tfiehospor “n cutoneum” fungus culture. The sowing culture is grown in a stationary manner, on a rocking chair, at a temperature of 28-30 C for 20 hours. 58 g of compressed biomass of T. cutoirjetinrt mushroom are obtained from 1 liter of synthetic medium, while Andreev medium - 48 g. The results of using the seed culture for the complex production environment obtained on the proposed Andreev medium are shown in the table.
