The task was solved by creating a composition that additionally includes sulfur, diphenylguanidine, diethyl (methyl) -dithiocarbamate, mercapt benzothiaotone zinc and tetramethylthiuramdisulfide in the following ratio of components of the composition, wt.% Dry matter: Butadiene carboxylate 76.5-95.2 latex 1, 43-4.6 Zinc Oxide 0.96-11.3 Thickener 0.76-2.41 0.29-0.92 Diphenylguanidine Diethyl- (methyl) 0, 38-1.22 Zinc Dithiocarbamate Mercaptobeneothiaoth 0.35- 1,22 Tetramethylthiuramcisul0, 57-1,83 As a thickener, it uses ethanolamines with any of the following: mono-, diilyt nolamine in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 10-100%. The above vulcanizing agents provide for the vulcanization of the polymer of butanediene carboxylate latex with the formation of ionic and covalent bonds and are introduced into the latex in the form of a 501th aqueous dispersion prepared in a ball mill or using another dispersing equipment using as a wetting and dispersing agent a 5% aqueous solution of leukanol (condensation product of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formalin). The butadiene carboxylate latex used as the base, containing 5–15 wt.% Methacrylic acid based on butadion (BK – X latex), is characterized by the following parameters: Dry matter content,% not less than 40 PH, not more than 8, Surface tension, dyn / cm, not more than 45 Viscosity at (when measured on a reoviscometer (Geppler), spz not more than 1 Polymer hardness, GS1500-5000 The order of preparation of the adhesive composition is as follows; ethanolamine is sequentially added to the latex with stirring at room temperature and curing agents (TWO), the Mixture is stirred for 5-10 min. for homogenization, after which the pH and the viscosity of the medium are determined (according to the Goppler rheo viscometer). The pH value is 8.1–10.0 and the viscosity is 7–15 pe. The composition is applied to one or both of the surfaces to be glued, after which the surfaces are brought into contact and the joint is heated for at least 2 minutes at a temperature not lower than 100 ° C. Then, the strength of the seam of the glued ad layers for delamination is checked according to the procedure described in Sat. Problems of synthesis, research properties and processing of latex. TsNIITEIneftekhim, Moscow, 1971, p.44,52, The proposed adhesive composition can be used to obtain various backup agents, for example fabric rubber, leather-rubber, leather-leather, etc. The composition and characteristics of the adhesive compositions are listed in the table. Examples 1-3 illustrate the adhesive composition based on butadiene carboxylate latex BK-6 with different ethanolamines as thickeners at the same dosage of 50% vulcanizing dispersion of substances; examples 3-4-composition containing different dosages of vulcanizing vegetation with the same type of thickener; examples 3,5,6 - composition based on butadiene carboxylate latex containing different amounts of methacrylic acid in the latex polymer; examples 3,7,8 composition containing different dosages thickener. For comparison, the table shows the properties of the adhesive composition and the strength of the adhesive joint of the composition based on the e-utadiene carboxylate1 BK-6 latex, triethanolamine as a thickener, and zinc oxide as an ion vulcanization agent.
