Description

32 Izobregenye refers to medicine, namely physiotherapy. The known method of electrotherapy by injecting drugs with a constant current into the biologically active points fl. However, in the treatment of a known method, the treatment time is long and adverse reactions are possible. The aim of the invention is to shorten the duration of the treatment and eliminate the side reactions due to selective administration of the necessary medicines by separating the injected substance. This is achieved by the addition of biologically active points that are influenced by a magnetic field, an alternating electric current with a constant component and a single-directional electric field. In addition, the effect is carried out by a magnetic field of 200-2000 Oe, an electric current O, 1-1OO μm, and an electric field of 5-10 O. The method is carried out as follows. The proposed method was used to treat large patients with malformed disorder and osteochondrosis in the lower-kresnov section of the spine with severe radicular pain syndrome. The air is performed with the help of an Elite-4 electroacupuncture apparatus and an electrode for micro-electrophoresis. The currents of action are 5-50 µA, the intensity of a constant magnetic field is 1000 Oe, the positive potential of the action is 10-20 V. The injection area is additionally affected by a side current of 3 and 30 µA. Multiple electrophoresis was performed with 2% nzhocainine solution from the anode (). Exposure is carried out up to 2 minutes on the point. Use points: TMd; V g, V 25 58 -Vfeo. "four. 5- 6 pg sn 32

Procedures per day g from 12 to 14 h. The course of the liver is 6-7 procedures.

The proposed 1M method was used to treat 22 patients with deforming spondylosis and osteochondrosis in the lumbosacral spine with pronounced radicular painful svindrom.

In 21 patients, there was a decrease in the painful sysch after the first procedure, while1 the removal of the pain syndrome with the known method was observed in 16 patients after 3-5 procedures, and the course of treatment was 10-12 procedures. No deterioration was noted

The proposed method shortens the treatment time and eliminates side reactions by selectively administering the necessary medication by separating the administered substance.
