Изобретение относитс  к области ме плцины, в частности к ортопедии
Известно устройстве- дл  KoppeKiiHiij искривлений псхзвоночника, содержащее GpainiiH, соедине шые шарниром, к ходовой i .
Однако такое устройство не обеспечивает дочзированной коррекции позвоночника .
Целью изобретени   вл етс  обеспечени  дооированной коррекции по-звоночника .
Дл  этого предложенное устройство снабжено захватом с крючком, и винтом расположенными на одной из бранш, котора  выполнена из двух изогнутых нлеч, а на одном из концов другой брашпк углубление. Кроме того одна из выполнена раздвоенной влоль пр дольной оси и снабжена стрелочным индикатором .
На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл  коррекции искривлений позвоночника, вид; на фиг. 2 - то же, aim сбоку.
Предложенное устройство выполнено в виде двух братан 1 и 2, соединенных шарниром 3, На внутренней стороне од--ного КЗ концов брарли i имеетс  углуб ление 4, а другой конец бранши 1 име ет два плеча о образ чощ 1Х захват 6. Плечо 5j образующее второй элемент захвата , прикреапено к 6paii...ae 1 с помощью шарнира 7 к имеет резьбовое отверстие,
в котором находитс  винт 8, предкааначентгьш дл  плеч на умещенном в теле пациента крючке 9 распорки 1О„ Плечи с внутренней cTOpo;ft.i оснащены шипами llj предохран юшнми крючок 9
от выскальзывани  из Ьахвата.
Бранпга 2 со eropoiibi шарнира разрезана вдоль оси, причем в одной части имеетс  резьбовое отверстне, в котором перемещаетс  втп 12, регулируют
раадвиженне 1 и 2 устройства, а Б другой часггн бранши выполнено сквоз нов отверстне диаме-тр которого болЬ ше диаметра проход щего через него винта 12. Свободный конец бранши 2
с внутренней стороны имеет углубление 13, в которое упираетс  конец распорки 1О во врем  вьшолнешш дополнительной дистракдии. После перемещени  крючка 9 на распорке 10 его фиксируют при помощи кольца 14. Часть бранши 2 со сквозным отверстием оснащена шипом
,15, на котором посажена рычажна  система 16 со стрелочным индикатором 17. Конец стрелки перемещаетс  вдоль шкалы 18, выполненной на боковой поверхности бранши 2 в соответствго с величиной силы сопротивлени  вьшр мл емого позвоночника.
Устройство позвол ет выполнить дополнительную коррекцию искривлени  поовоночника по истечении определенного времени от установки в телепациента хирургической распорки н достигнуть адаптационного уменьшени  осевого нажиме на дистракционную систему.
Устройство несломшо н просто в пользовании , а его конструкци  позвол ет примен ть его даж на малом, ограниче{шом операдионном поле. Увеличение рабочей длины распорки путем вращени  винта, регулирующего величину разведени  плеч рычага, дает постепенное.
равномерное и точно контролируемое увеличение интенсивности коррокции.

Claims (1)

1.Устройство дл  коррекции иск)нвлений позвоночника, содержащее бранши, соединенные шарниром, и ходовой винт,
отличаюшеес  тем, что, с целые обеспечени  дозированной коррекции позвоночшта, оно снабжено аахва- том с крючком и винтом, расположенными на одной из браиш, котора  выпопнена из двух изогнутых плеч, а на одном из второй браюии В лполнено углубление. I
