При этом дл  образовани  продольных прорезей рол ки 7 и 8 контактируют с контуром режущей кромки роликов 11 и 12. Наличие наружной металлической ле ты 15 и упругой пластической втулки 16 в прот жных роликах Обеспечивает равномерный контакт между направл ющими средствами и картонной лентой 1 и исключает проскальзывание в процессе всей работы устройства. Формула изобретени  Устройство дл  изготовлени  внутренних элементов дл  пачек сигарет с откидывающейс  крышкой, содержащее прот жные ролики, режущие ролики дл  образовани  продольных прорезей и режущее приспособление дл  поперечной резки, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности устройства в работе, прот жные ролики состо т из центрсшьного стержн , по меньшей мере одной наружной металлической ленты и расположенной между ними упругой пластической втулки.
