Description
The invention relates to road construction, specifically to a bitumen emulsion used, for example, for the preparation of asphalt concrete mixtures. Known bitumen emulsion, including bitumen, emulsifier and water 1. And the most closest in technical sense and the achieved effect to the proposed bitumen emulsion, including bitumen, emulsifier of cationic type, caustic sodium and water 2. As an emulsifier of cationic type, there are amines, ammonia, salts Quaternary ammonium bases, etc. Odiako, these substances are quite expensive, difficult of access, and therefore they have limited use as an emulsifier for bitumen emulsions. In addition, the emulsions are coarse-grained, peeled off during storage, which is associated with additional mixing. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost and increase the resistance to delamination of the emulsion. This is achieved by the fact that it contains, as an emulsifier of a cationic tin, an amine copolymer of the formula -sn-m-c, -j-co-sh- or with the following ratio of mycotic, wt. %: Bitumen 50-60 Ammonium copolymer - 0.5-1.0 Caustic sodium 0.2-0.25 Water Else Mol. weight of amine sonolimer 8000-10000, cost 200 rubles. per ton. The method for preparing the bitumen emulsion is as follows. The bitumen is heated to 130-140 ° C, the emulsifier is dissolved in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and heated to 70-80 °. The heated bitumen and the emulsifier solution are fed to the dispersant, where emulsified bitumen occurs. The test of the bitumen emulsion is carried out a day after its preparation, it is determined: disity, uniformity, storage stability and water resistance of the bitumen film separated from the emulsin. Example. A bitumen emulsion containing, by weight, is prepared. %; Bitumen60 Amine copolymer1.0 Caustic and0.25 Water38.8 The physical and mechanical properties of the proposed and known emulsions are presented in the table.
