Description
(54) CONNECTING FOR THERMAL MUSCLE
таблицу).The invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular, to the technique of manufacturing luminescent screens for thermoluminescent radiography. The compositions of polyethylene-based binding materials, polyvinylcarbazole gelatins, epoxy and organosilicon resins used in the application of luminescent coatings l are known. The binder for thermoluminescent screens closest to the proposed invention contains a silicone resin and a solvent 2J. However, such binder in the manufacture of screens from water-soluble thermoluminophores based on zinc sulfate, cadmium and others does not ensure uniform distribution of the powder of the phosphor over the substrate surface and high adhesion of the luminescent layer. When drying and annealing the screens, the luminescent layer is deformed and detached from the substrate. The purpose of the invention is to improve the uniformity of the luminescent layer and its mechanical strength. This is achieved by the fact that the solvent is a mixture of acetone and benzene in the following ratio of binder ingredients, wt%: Silicone resin 40-50 8-10 Benzene Remaining Acetone Example. In order to obtain a binder, three mixtures and ingredients are prepared, containing Xl1 40% by weight silicone resin KO-85 and differing from one another in benzene equal to 5, 8, 10 in each mixture and also acetone, constituting an additional part up to 100% in each mixture. Phosphor powder is poured into the prepared solution, and the suspension is poured into a vessel, at the bottom of which a polished metal substrate is placed. The use of the proposed binder made it possible to obtain screens that have the following characteristics (see table).
