Description

Существующий способ получени  глюкозных сиропов заключаетс  в обработке крахмального молока плотностью в 12-14° Be минеральной кислотой, преимущественно сол ной , в автоклаве при давлении в 3-3,5 атм. В результате такого гидролиза получаютс  осахаренные сиропы не выше 91,5% доброкачественйости , т. е. отношение редуцирующих веществ (счита  на глюкозу ) к сухим веществам, выраженное в процентах, не превышает этой цифры. При этом выход готовой кристаллической рафинированной глюкозы не бывает больше 65% от веса крахмала; остальное количество осахаренного крахмала переходит в последний оттек, так называемый , гидрол.The existing method for producing glucose syrups consists in treating starch milk with a density of 12-14 ° Be with a mineral acid, mainly hydrochloric, in an autoclave at a pressure of 3-3.5 atm. 1.Способ получени  глюкозных сиропов (патоки) путем гидролиза крахмала минеральными кислотами, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повыщени  доброкачественности указанных сиропов (патоки), гидролизу подвергают крахмал, предварительно обработанный окислител ми , как-то: гипохлоритом натри , хлором или перекисью водорода.1.
