Description

(54) RECTGEN CONTRAST MEANS

30 h 10,The invention relates to the field of medicine and concerns the creation of new radiopaque agents. A radiopaque agent is known that contains barium sulfate, polysaccharide galactane and propylene glycol 1. However, the known agent does not have long-term stability. In order to increase the stability of the proposed product contains as a stabilizer an aqueous solution of aubazidan with the following quantitative ratio of components, weight %: Barium sulphate 20-40 Aqueous solution of aubazidan Remaining Radiopaque contrast agent is prepared as follows. 20 g of Gapi-H-sulphate powder for fluoroscopy is mixed with 80 g of an aqueous solution of aubazidan (pH 6.8-7.4) and dispersed in a tissue microfragm or other dispersant for 2 minutes at 5000 rpm. The suspension obtained by this method has good stability, uniformity during long-term storage for up to three months. The suspension is very easily resuspended over the entire storage period and retains its gravity after resuspension for several days. In the study of the stomach, esophagus and small intestine using 40% of the suspension of this tool. In the study of the colon, the concentration of funds is reduced to 20%. The proposed tool has a fairly high contrast, significantly higher than the contrast of the aqueous suspension of barium sulfate. Radiocontrast agent is moderately distributed, along the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, has rather good X-ray diagnostic properties. The suspension of barium suspension on an aubazidan basis is well tolerated by patients, does not give complications and has good TASTE qualities ;;. and the invention X-ray remedy, which includes barium sulfate and stabilizer - an aqueous solution of a polysaccharide, characterized in that, in order to increase the stability period, it contains as a stabilizer an aqueous solution of aubazidan with the following quantitative ratio of components, weight. %: 3 Barium sulphate -20-40 Aqueous solution of aubazidan Else 4 Source of information taken into account during the examination: 1.
