Claims (2)

1. 1. A ligature is produced by reducing melting. A ligature of each composition is used in the serial smelting of steel R6M5K5 in the amount of 2500 kg per 5 tons of smelting. Smelting is carried out in an electric arc furnace with a base lining. At the end of the melt period, the metal is purged with oxygen for 10-15 minutes. Lapping metal conducts in a known manner. Data on the assimilation of alloying elements by liquid metal, depending on the composition of the master alloy are given in Table. 2. 2. Table 2 As can be seen from the data in the table, the use of the proposed master alloy of compounds 1-3 provides a significant increase in the absorption of alloying with liquid steel as compared with the known composition (silicon content - 0.2%). Invention Ligature for smelting high-speed steel containing iron, tungsten, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium, chromium, silicon and carbon, characterized in that, in order to increase the absorption of alloying materials, it contains components in the following ratio %: Tungsten2.0-20.0 Molybdenum0.4- 7.0 Vanadium 0.2-2.0 Chromium1.0- 4.0 Cobalt0.02- 6.0 Carbon 0.5-2.5 0.7- 3, 0 Silicon Rest Iron
