Description
The centrifugal rotor works as follows.
The fluid entering the rotating rotor, containing particles of soil and air, in the inlet part of the hollow shaft 6 is divided into a liquid phase, including soils, and an air phase, which is located along the axis of the rotor and passes through the orifice 18. It enters through the inlet radial holes 9 into the inlet radial channels 16 and then into the longitudinal channels 10, in which the separation of the liquid phase and soil particles occurs, which are uniformly deposited relative to the axis of rotation on the inner surfaces of the cylinders 11 and the housing 1. The cleaned fluid leaves the longitudinal channels 10 through the radial outlets 9 into the outlet part of the hollow shaft 6, from which it leaves the rotor together with the air.
During the operation of the rotor, its dynamic stability is maintained.
