This invention relates to machines for the primary processing of agricultural products.

A flax heap separator is known; it is made in the form of a sieve mill, including three sieves and c-teeth with teeth, installed in two rushes above the top sieve. The combs are mobile and have counter oscillations, and the speeds of the teeth of the combs of the upper and lower rus are different 1.

However, in such a separator, the separated material moving in a dense layer is weakly loosened, the flax bolls and seeds do not have time to sift through the heap layer and are removed from the machine along with the confusion. In addition, flax and weed stalks get stuck in the sieve holes and prevent the material from mixing, the combs mounted above the sieve also make it difficult to move the material, since a pile of accumulators always accumulates and the forces generated by shaking the sieve is not enough to overcome the braking forces arising from the impact on the heap of combs of the Upper Rus.

The separator contains a loading conveyor /, a multi-button straw walker with 2, consisting of wooden slats to which fixed combs 3 are attached, finger rotators 4, oscillating in a vertical plane, hinged under the straw walker and placed 1 key between its keys, separation systems from machine 5 and sieve mill 6.

The flax heap separator works as follows.

A pile is fed by the loading conveyor to the keys of the straw walkers. On the keys, with the aid of the finger-turners, the heap is loosened and the thickness of the layer decreases,

Flax boxes, seeds and other impurities are sifted through narrow slits formed by adjacent keys onto the sieve mill, and the confusion from the keys is brought out. On the upper sieve of the sieve mill, large impurities are separated, and flax boxes, seeds and small impurities, sifted through holes of a given diameter, arrive at the lower sieve, where the whole boxes are separated and collected. A shallow pile, a passage through the holes of the bottom sieve, is led out of the separator.

The proposed separator provides good material handling and high separation quality.
