Предлагаемый аппарат, вертикальный разрез которого изображен на фиг. 1 (фиг. 2-вид сбоку), состоит из двух расположенных один над другим резервуаров А и Б, сообщающихс между собой при помощи трубы 5. Двигателем, осуществл ющим работу карбюратора, служит вода, котора , поступа по трубе /, приводит во вращение вод ное колесо 2, св занное посредством шатуна 3 с клапаном® . При своем вращении колесо открывает клапан 4, через который поступает вода, проталкивающа воздух по трубке 5 в камеру 6 нижнего резервуара Б. Накопивша с в этой камере вода по трубке 7 перетекает в отделение 8, из которого выводитс наружу по трубе 9.
