(54) КРЕМ ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ УГРЕВОЙ СЫПИ(54) CREAM FOR THE TREATMENT OF A HEATSELF
Изобретение относитс к косметологии. Известен крем дл лечени угрей, например крем Маска, содержащий эмульсионные воски, ра тительные масла, глицерин, серу, борную кислоту, фурагщпин и отдушку 1. Однако при применении этого крема возможны аллергические реакции. Целью изобретени вл етс исключение побочных влений. Это достигаетс тем, что предлагаемый крем содержит в качестве лекарственного вещества - салипирин, в качестве растительного масла-косточ ковое, в качестве отдушки - гераниевое масло при следующем соотношении компонентов (в вес.%): Салипирин0,5-2,5 Косточковое масло4 -7 Эмульсионные воски5 - 7,5 Глицерин1,5-3 Гераниевое масло0,2-0,3 ВодаОстальное Крем приготавливают следующим образом. Эмульсионные воски плав т на вод ной бане, добавл ют косточковое масло и салипирин, тщательно размешивают всю массу до полного растворени салипирина. Дистиллированную воду нагревают до 55°С и добавл ют в нее глицерин. В водную фазу при посто нном помешивании тонкой струйкой вливают сплав салипирина до получени густой сметанообразной массы. Затем добавл ют гераниевое масло (консервант), тщательно перемешивают крем 5 мин и оставл ют па несколько часов до полного охлаждени . Охлажденный крем пропускают через вальцовку и расфасовывают в алюминиевые тубы, стекл нные или пластмассовые баночки с завинчивающимис крышками. Крем примен ют в виде масок больным с т желыми формами угревой сыпи (конглобатные, флегмонозные , абсцедирующие). Кожу лица протирают лосьоном, а затем нанос т крем с салипирином в виде маски на 30-40 мин. По истечении времени остатки крема удал ют сухим ватным тампоном. Процедуры делают ежедневно, некоторым больным через день. Уже после 10-15 процедур островоспалительные влени стихают, гнойничковые элементы регрессируют. Крем с салипирином обладает рко выраженными противовоспалительными и дезинфицирующими свойствами. По своему действию не уступает: 10%-ной эмульсии синтомицина.
