The invention relates to the field of packaging, and more specifically to devices for packaging rod-like objects.

A device for packaging rod-like objects, such as cigarettes, contains roll holders of packaging material, a hopper with an object feeder and a mechanism for corrugating the packaging material, having cells and heating devices, a cutting tool and a mechanism for folding packages are known.

In the proposed device for improving reliability in operation, the feeder is a belt conveyor equipped with a vibrator, and the slots of the mechanism for corrugating the packaging material are in communication with the vacuum system. A cigarette humidifier is installed on one side of the conveyor. For packing non-filter cigarettes on the other side of the conveyor there is an additional humidifier.

The conveyor consists of several pieces arranged in a row with an interval of slats, of which at least one is connected to a vibrator. For orienting cigarettes under the conveyor, an additional conveyor is installed with leads for placement between the last cigarettes during transportation.

The device for packing cigarettes contains roll holders 1 and 2 of packaging material, a bupker 3 with a cigarette feeder 4 and an underlying mechanism 5 for corrugating the packaging material, such as foil 6, having slots 7 and a heating device 8, a cutting tool 9, cutting the edges of the foil tape 6, and a mechanism 10 for folding the packages.

Feeder 4 is a belt conveyor 11 equipped with a vibrator 12, and the slots 7 of the mechanism 5 for corrugating the packaging material are in communication with a vacuum system (not shown).

A humidifier (in the form of a nozzle) 13 for cigarettes is installed on one side of the conveyor 11. For the purpose of packing cigarettes without a filter on the other side of the conveyor 11, an additional humidifier 14 is located.

Conveyor 11 consists of several flap 15 arranged in a row, at least one of which is connected to a vibrator, and wires 16.

For orienting cigarettes under the conveyor 11, an additional conveyor is installed.

The foil 6, passing around the mechanism 5, is sucked into the cells 7 due to the vacuum and corresponding recesses are formed on its surface. The cutting tool 9 cuts the edges of the foil tape 20. The separated edges 21 go through the guides 22 to the winding roller 23. The disc knife 24 serves to make an inclined cut in the recesses of the foil 6, which later forms the lid of the package.

The foil tape thus prepared passes through a loading drum 25 which is provided with cavities for receiving cigarettes. The protective foil 26 is wound off the spare roller 27, passes through the cutting tool 28 and the roller 29 in the direction of the loading drum 25. The foil 26 is applied to the filled flute foil and glued by the interaction of the roller 29 with the loading hopper 25 using an adhesive device (not shown) .

The edges 30 and 31 cut from the foil, along with the protective foil, are superimposed on the incisions and the packaging is closed on all sides and each individual recess contains a cigarette 19 tightly closed in it.

After being folded together with the cigarettes 19 enclosed in it, the foil passes through the separating device 32, which produces side cuttings. Waste 33 folm is wound on a winding device 34.

A foil with recesses as it passes to the protective foil 20 (Fig. 2) in the middle separates. On the protective foil there remains an area not covered with a foil with depressions, which facilitates the manufacture of the package. Packs 35 exit the device and are fed to mechanism 10 for folding them. The device is installed on the housing 36 and is equipped with a drive unit 37.

A device for packaging rod-like objects, for example cigarettes, containing roll holders of packaging material, a hopper with a feeder for objects and an underlying mechanism for corrugating the packaging material, having cells and a heating device, a cutting tool and a mechanism for folding packages, characterized in that the feeder is a belt conveyor equipped with a vibrator, and the slots of the mechanism for corrugating the packaging material are in communication with the vacuum system. 2. A device according to claim 1, characterized in that a humidifier for cigarettes is installed on one side of the conveyor. 3. The device according to claim. 1 and 2, that is, because, for the purpose of packing cigarettes without a filter, on the other side of the conveyor there is an additional humidifier. 4. The device according to claims 1-3, characterized in that the conveyor consists of several located in a row with an interval of slats, of which at least one is connected to a vibrator. 5.
