Electrical apparatuses are known for monitoring the timely arrival of workers and employees by stamping cards, with stamp discs being advanced by means of electromagnets connected to a central clock; There is also no novelty in the use of devices for adjusting the position of the cards, as well as the pressure stamp drummers in such devices. The proposed apparatus consists of a metal box 25 (Fig. 1) with a lid, in front of which is placed a button 12 for pressing. At the top of the box there is a slot 24 for passing the card. Inside the box on the shaft (Fig. 2), stamp disks 2, 3, 4 and 5 are engraved with engraved figures to print the relevant data (date, shift, hour, minute) on the card.

Special solenoid 6 with a circuit, closed by a contact device of the central clock, every 6 minutes (Vio hours) turns the right disk 5, denoting the minutes, on Vi part of its circumference. When this disk makes a full turn, it automatically rotates the adjacent disks 4, 3, indicating the hours and shifts, by 24 of its circumference. A complete rotation of the hour dial automatically turns the leftmost disk 2, indicating the date, on the Vsi of its circumference. Each full turn of this last disk 2 raises up the bar 7, guided by frame 8 by means of metal tape 9. Vertical movement of bar 7 is necessary for the card inserted through slot 24 to occupy the space corresponding to the line of this number.

In addition to the printing discs, there is a stamp (Fig. 4) with two stereotypical plates inserted into it, one of which shows the worker’s number, and the other shows his profession and place of work, the number of the unit, workshop or department, etc. enclosed in a box, installed in the same row with 2-5 discs.

In the lid of the apparatus (Fig. 5) there is a lever 10, which is attached at one end at the hinge, and its other end moves freely by pressing button 12.

The lever 10 is strengthened pivotally on the hinge plate P (Fig. 5) with a plate 13 of hard rubber.

When you press the button 12, the lever 10 presses the plate 11 with the elastic plate 13 to the disks and mark.

In the lower part of the apparatus (Fig. 6) there are two rollers 14 and 15, on one of which two tapes are wound: one from white paper, the other from copy paper. These ribbons run between the dye tape, stretched along the discs and the mark, and the plate 11, picked up at the top by two rollers 18 and 17, consisting of a metal rod and a rubber tube worn over the top. The purpose of these rollers is to move the tapes by one line with each press of the button. Both of these tapes pass

between the upper rollers, they bend and exit through the slot 24, which is located in the lid of the metal box 25 (Fig. 1).

Thus, if the card is lowered into the box 25 through the slot 24 and the button 12 is pressed, the lever 10 will press the paper ribbons, the card and the dyeing tape to the stamp discs 2-5 and the stamp, as a result of which a fingerprint will be obtained simultaneously on the card tape) and on white paper (through copying tape).

In the apparatus there is a special device (Fig. 5 and 7) designed to prevent the lever 10 and the plate 13 to press against the stamp discs at the moment when they make their turns, since otherwise the plate, pressing against the discs, would prevent them make their turnovers and would lead to inaccuracies in the readings. This device consists of a solenoid 18, which operates at the moment when the first solenoid is active, that is, at the moment when the right disk 5 and with it at the corresponding moments and the other disks make their turns.

Under the action of the solenoid, the core 19 is drawn inward and, by means of the lever 20, at this moment moves the plate 21 upward, preventing this lever and the plate 23 from pressing against the wheels.

The marking process is as follows. The worker, who has come to work, takes his card and mark from the corresponding slot of the control board, inserts the card into the apparatus, advancing it to the right to the edge, and inserts the mark into the left slot arranged in the box next to the slot for passing the card, then presses button 12, as a result of which an imprint is obtained: a) on a card: work number, date, shift, hour and minute; b) on the tape: occupations, numbers of workers, dates, shifts, hours and minutes.

After that, the worker removes the card and the mark and inserts them back into place in the corresponding slot of the control board.

When inserted into the device, the card moves to the left edge of the device, and the mark is inserted into the right slot of the device, as a result of which an impression of leaving is obtained, and on the card we have: profession, date, shift, hour and minute, and on the ribbon we have an imprint: dates, shifts, hours, minutes, professions, worker numbers.

As all workers mark, a paper tape with a copy of all marks comes out. The timekeeper bypasses all devices, in the shop, tears off the tape and sends them to the office of the shop. The same operation is performed when the worker leaves the workplace.

When a worker goes from one place to another or when his qualifications change in the brand, one plate is taken out (marking the profession, the unit number, etc.) and replaced by another which he gets to the place of new work.

The fact that when transferring workers from one job to another is required simultaneously changing the plate in the brands of workers and reading the worker follows this moment, is of great organizational importance both in terms of planning the workforce and in terms of accuracy of accounting, for the transfer of workers from place to place, they were made without plan and without the knowledge of the timekeeper, and the mark was not made either in the former place of work or in the new one, and there was usually a lot of confusion in the calculation.

The device is located inside the apparatus itself, which is locked to the lock 26 (Fig. 7), which is also inside the box itself and is thus protected from any abuse.
