Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к области производства фосфатов щелочных металлов, в час ности к производству динатрийфосфата. Известен способ получени  динатрийфосфата в виде кристаллогидрата путем ней тралнзации фосфорной кислоты концентрацией 5О-60% кальцинированной содой при 85-90 С с последующим отделением полученного продукта. Процесс нейтрализации идет в твердой фазо. При охлаждении раствора выдел ют динатрийфосфат-кристаллогид рат. Дл  повышени  качества продукта и упро щени  процесса предлагаетс  вводить исход ные реагенты в насыщенный раствор динат- рийфосфата при отношении твердой и жидкой фаз в пульпе не менее 1:3 и концентра ции кислоты 75-100%. При осуществлении описываемого способа обеспечиваетс  получение продукта сте- хиометрического состава и исключаетс  кылеунос продукта. П р и м е р. В насыиюнный при тс-мп.ратуре 9О-1О5°С раствор динатрийф(Ю|(, полученный после центрифугировани  пулг.иы с предыдуиюй операции нейтрализации, ввод т 92О кг 75)ной ({осфорной кислот1( и 783 кг Э7°о-ной соды. Полученную пулг.ггу направл ют на UeHTpu iyrHpoeaHHo. Кристаллы после центри4угировани  представл ют собой безводный динатрийфосфат с содержанием основного вещества 08-90%.
