Abstract
1. Вентиль, например, для вакуумных установок, в котором уплотненный сильфоном запорный орган выполнен подвижным в осевом направлении и принудительно фиксируемым в положении "закрыто", отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения герметичности вакуум-плотного перекрытия, на рабочей (торцовой) поверхности запорного органа выполнен цилиндрический выступ, вдавливаемый в уплотняющую прокладку, расположенную на таком же цилиндрическом выступе, выполненном на седле, причем контактные поверхности уплотнительных выступов и прокладки покрыты металлическим герметизирующим слоем.2. Вентиль по п.1, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения его быстродействия, на конце запорного органа, противоположном его рабочей части, расположена поворотная втулка с укрепленным на ней рычажным ключом, рычаги которого взаимодействуют с корпусом вентиля и служат для досылки запорного органа в направлении "закрыто" по скосам байонетного замка, которым снабжена втулка.3. Вентиль по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что прокладка вентиля снабжена кольцевыми проточками под кольцевые выступы седла и запорного органа и имеет толщину h, примерно равную радиальной ширине b выступов, которая выбрана по формуле b ≈ (0,005Д + 0,6) мм, где Д - средний диаметр кольцевых выступов.1.
