Недостаток таких клещей состоит в том, что дл загиба и прижати бортов пломбы требуетс слишком значительное усилие. Предлагаема конструкци пломбировальных клещей имеет целью избежать этого усили и получить полное загибание и прижатие бортов пломбы к ее основанию, что достигаетс , согласно изобретению, применением перевернутой Г-образной скобы, позвол ющей загибать борта пломбы боковым давлением, переход щим по мере загибани в прижимающее усилие.Sealing tongs for rigid fillings are known in which pressure is applied to a seal vertically from above to the edges of its beads.
