Description
Катализатор по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что соотношение компонентов в пересчете на металл составл ет, %: Мп 2-40, Са 1-22, Mg 0,1-2, остальное - алюминий и кислород .The invention relates to the field of catalytic purification of liquid fuels and gases from sulfur compounds, oxides of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and carbon monoxide. A known catalyst for the purification of liquid fuels and gases from these impurities is based on manganese dioxide supported on alumina. In order to increase the degree of purification, calcium and magnesium oxides are introduced into the proposed catalyst; and oxygen. A mechanically strong manganese catalyst is prepared by impregnating standard alumina with a solution of manganese, magnesium, and calcium nitrates. A solution of manganese, magnesium, and calcium nitrates is an intermediate product in the nitric acid processing of poor manganese carbonate ores at the Rustavi chemical plant. The nitrate solution has the following chemical composition, in terms of metals, g / l: Mn 95--97, Ca 40-42, Mg 4-5, Fe, Al, P - traces. The manganese catalyst is prepared as follows. Aluminum oxide (in the form of sausages or balls) is impregnated with a solution of manganese, calcium and magnesium nitrates. After impregnation, the catalyst is dried first in air and then in a thermostat at a temperature of 90-100 ° C for 20 hours. After that, the catalyst is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 300-400 ° C for 24 hours. Thereby, nitrogen oxides are released from the catalyst. Manganese, calcium and magnesium are converted to oxides. Manganese catalyst contains alumina and the following main components in terms of metals, o / o-Mp 2-40, Ca 1.0-22, Mg 0.1-2. The activity and strength of manganese catalyst are studied in the process of purification of nitrogen from oxygen. The catalyst is activated with hydrogen at a gas velocity of 500 for 8-10 hours without diluting the hydrogen with an inert gas and without observing a strict temperature regime (200-500 ° C). Despite such harsh activation conditions, the catalyst was found to be highly active and mechanically strong. The process of purification of nitrogen from oxygen is carried out at a temperature of 400-500 ° C, a gas flow rate of 1,000 hours and a ratio of Na to O-2 of 1.5. 3 The subject matter of the invention 1. A catalyst for purifying liquid fuels and gases from sulfur compounds, oxides of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and carbon-5 oxide of the genus based on manganese dioxide supported on alumina, characterized in 4, calcium and magnesium oxides are introduced into the catalyst. 2. A catalyst according to claim 1, characterized in that the ratio of components in terms of metal is,%: Mn 2-40, Ca 1-22, Mg 0.1-2, the rest is aluminum and oxygen.
