The berthing mooring device is made in the form of twin bindings 19. In the center of the berth above collector 4 there is a bridge 20 with two ladders 21 and a cabin 22, where the central control post is located.

It sends signals to the actuator 14 of the turntable 7 to turn the mooring vessels on the wind course, the direction of the regular waves or sea current (indicated by the arrow in the drawing) in order to reduce the load on the pier.

Ships are moored to twin bollards 19 and abut close to the fenders 10, which shortens the length of the rubber hoses 17 and creates convenience for cargo operations.

The turntable 7 is manually or automatically driven into a situation in which the loads from wind, waves or sea current are minimal, and is fixed in this position by a brake (not shown in the drawing). In addition, the actuator 14 can be used to berth ships in constrained water conditions when the boundaries of the vessel’s maneuvering are narrowed.
