Abstract
Способ получения керамического материала YBaCuOметодом горячего прессования при давлении более 20 МПа, отличающийся тем, что, с целью обеспечения монофазности и повышения плотности получаемого материала, исходный порошок помещают в графитовую пресс-форму, на формообразующих элементах которой размещены прокладки из фольги тугоплавкого металла, а горячее прессование ведут в вакууме при температуре 950 - 1000C в течение 20 - 120 мин.The method of obtaining a ceramic material YBaCuO by the method of hot pressing at a pressure of more than 20 MPa, characterized in that, in order to ensure monophasicity and increase the density of the material obtained, the initial powder is placed in a graphite mold, on the formative elements of which are placed strips of a refractory metal foil, and hot pressing is carried out in vacuum at a temperature of 950 - 1000C for 20 to 120 minutes.
