FIELD: manufacture of load-bearing structural members from composition materials; aviation; shipbuilding and mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in laying out the stack of blanks impregnated with binder on rigid die with radius projections and recesses, locking this stack in recesses and moulding by means of punches. In laying out, length of blank is increased at each corrugation to exceed length set by moulding member of die by placing the members deformable in course of moulding in center of corrugation where its curvature is equal to zero or at vertex of corrugation. EFFECT: high quality of product. 3 cl, 5 dwg
