Сущность изобретени : устройство содержит раму 1 с колесами 2, на которой смонтированы механизм 3 дл  намотки пленки, механизм 4 очистки пленки и механизм дл  сн ти  элементов каркаса, выполненный в виде подпружиненного кронштейна 7, установленного на нем ролика 8, прижимного механизма 12 и вибрационного механизма 14. При движении устройства вдоль укрыти  ролик 8 поддевает каркас и пленку и выдергивает их из земли. Устройство для снятия защитной пленки с временных укрытий, включающее раму с колесами, на которой смонтированы механизмы для очистки и намотки пленки с приводом от вала отбора мощности трактора, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения эффективности путем расширения функциональных возможностей использования устройства, оно снабжено смонтированным на раме поворотным подпружиненным кронштейном с установленным на нем рифленым роликом, связанным с приводом от вала отбора мощности трактора, и прижимным механизмом в виде фигурного клапана и продольных направляющих, при этом ролик, клапан и направляющие выполнены из эластичного материала.1.
